THE INCIDENT

 I was planning on filling a complaint when I read another report on this website which stole the words from my mouth. The same problem with the same agents.

I just want to have the service from Outsurance that I pay for. I just want my car to be fixed and returned to me as soon as possible. At this stage I don't even know where my car is?

It seems like Dinky Wenhold is the person who sorts out this kind of problems. Please contact me if possible.
